You could say I have a lot on my plate, har.
But, Im taking this cue to reconnect with my kitchenlove, and the unsullied belief I have that food is love.
Today, Rosie has....
*"breakfast pie" - basically a muffin tin -portioned mini quiche made with broccoli, turkey bacon, cheese, and crescent rolls.
*carrot sticks
*canteloupe
*homemade yogurt dip
*sliced gala apple & Asian pear (for dipping)
*unsalted almonds
*matching fancypants water bottle
Now, to see what she brings back....
I know that there is a set time frame for lunch, and my social child often gabs more than she grubs. But! At least all the foods are familiar and things I know she will eat. A few years ago, I ordered some cute cloth napkins, but they fell out of use. I hope I can put my hands on them this weekend! More lunchbox love.
